Job Summary:

Privacy Analyst / Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst - Earn up to £274 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £355 per day (LTD) Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for a Privacy Analyst / Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team for 12 months in Middlesex to support the third party privacy workstream as part of the overall privacy strategy

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Privacy Analyst / Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst – Earn up to £274 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £355 per day (LTD)

* Design, develop, document, and finalise a third party selection, management, and assurance process for personal information for business units globally on a prioritised risk basis
* Create and update policies, procedures, and guidelines related to third parties as required, including socialising any changes with key stakeholders
* Engage business units and key stakeholders, including providing updates and gaining approval and buy-in
* Input into the design and development of systems or tools to support the third party privacy processes
* Design and develop third party privacy metrics to support measurement and reporting
* Design and develop training content related to third party privacy processes as necessary
* Build consensus for change across the enterprise as it relates to third party privacy processes
* Identify required linkages with broader departmental/global governance & processes
* Propose optimal designs that integrate third party privacy efforts with broader departmental and global third party efforts
* Coordinate with parallel privacy projects to align and integrate efforts (e.g., supporting and integrating with broader privacy risk management and data inventory efforts)
* Other tasks as assigned



Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Essential:

* Breadth and depth of privacy landscape knowledge
* An understanding of privacy practices and how they are applied to third parties
* Experience of privacy third party management systems
* Proven delivery of complex global change across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making
* Experience of developing privacy policies, standards, and procedures and implementing in large complex organisations
* Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders
* Experience in engaging and communicating with a wide variety of functional groups
* Change management and conflict management/resolution skills
* Ability to plan, manage activities, and deliver according to agreed objectives, scope, and timelines
* Strong balance of strategic thinking (designer) and tactical execution (doer)
* Ability to integrate work with related parallel activities (i.e., not a stand-alone deliverable)
* Adaptable to changing priorities and needs of the business
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clear communication of options, recommendations, and decisions to manage alignment through the privacy governance structure
* Strong presentation skills
* Able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a persistent drive to completion
* Excellent team management across different time zones, requiring meeting flexibility to accommodate different time zones

Desirable:

* Pharmaceutical sector experience
