Providing support and guidance in an operational capacity, as Training & Compliance Advisor, you’ll ensure the consistent implementation of quality standards, together with process and training oversight. Aligning processes with local UK and global Roche standards, you’ll collaborate to refine and improve standards, and provide practical assistance and guidance in exceeding regulatory requirements, ethical standards and best practices. You’ll develop training modules designed to meet specific needs and through the delivery of bespoke programs and resources, you’ll develop the UK Clinical Operations team from new hires through to experienced colleagues.
Partnering with other UK groups, you will develop comprehensive risk management processes and awareness, and ensure inspection readiness. You will provide clear guidelines, assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions. Sharing best practices for inspection, you’ll prepare teams for inspections thoroughly and work to develop the correct resources, operational guidelines and support.

With a degree in a scientific field or similar equivalent, you’ll be experienced in monitoring/managing clinical trials and have a focus on quality assurance in a clinical context. Able to confidently deliver guidance and training on complex topics, you’ll have sound judgment, excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively to find sustainable solutions to difficult challenges. Possessing a detailed understanding of risk management including within projects, you’ll be highly analytical and able to present information effectively at all levels. Extensive GCP knowledge is essential.
