Stephanie Maccioni is currently recruiting for a Clinical Data Scientist to join a global Pharmaceutical company for a 12 month contract. The role will be based on site in Uxbridge.
-This role ensures the timely and quality delivery of coded terms, (for Adverse events, concomitant medications, medical histories, medical procedures, etc.) and the effective usage of medical and drug terminology, for clinical trials, pharmacovigilance and other databases as needed
-Input to coding related activities at program or Therapeutic Area/Business Unit levels including direct interaction with external vendors and co-development partners
-Participate in maintenance of the central coding dictionaries and infrastructure (IT tools, documentation) needed to support coding and ensuring their consistency and validity across the corporation
-Provide basic coding consultancy from protocol to submission and for pharmacovigilance.
-Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
-Functional industry experience
-Must be fluent in English
