Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Territory Manager within the Urology market. This exciting role will be working across South West England and South Wales, and the core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the division they represent.

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Territory Manager within the Urology market. This exciting role will be working across South West England and South Wales, and the core objective of this role is to support the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the division they represent.

Essential Requirements: 
You will be a highly-experienced Territory Manager within the Medical Devices arena.
Live theatre experience is essential.
A proven track record in commercialising products. 
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop further as a professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in Medical Device industry.
Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimising available tools.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers.
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote company products and services.
Analyse and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
To represent the company’s values and integrity.
Upon request, may lead a project team of moderate scope.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the Quality Policy. Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
