Job Summary:

Suitable for: Clinical Research Associate (CRA / CRAII) with at least 4 years monitoring experience. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to take a senior position, with ownership of several studies for the duration of the study. This role is not limited to just monitoring – you will be responsible for all aspects of the study, as such, travel is reduced to just 4 visits a month. Although any background will be considered, a passion for complex studies such as Oncology/Orphan drugs is essential.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the monitoring team including the training and mentoring of CRAs
  • Clinical Trial Management responsibilities
  • Full Monitoring responsibilities to ensure trials operate in adherence to all ICH-GCP and internal SOPs
  • Site management
  • Assisting with study protocol design
  • All types of monitoring visit

Skills Required

  • Min 4 years independent monitoring experience
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
  • Profound knowledge of all ICH-GCP Protocol and any local regulations
  • Ability to work from home within Germany
