Job Summary:

Suitable for: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with 4 years monitoring experience. Fluency in German and English is essential. We are looking to expand our team with a highly knowledgeable Senior Clinical Research Associate who has a motivation to succeed and progress in the clinical research industry.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the monitoring team including the training and mentoring of CRAs
  • Clinical Trial Management responsibilities
  • Full Monitoring responsibilities to ensure trials operate in adherence to all ICH-GCP and internal SOPs
  • Site management
  • Assisting with study protocol design
  • All types of monitoring visit

Skills Required

·         Min 2 years independent monitoring experience

·         Fluent in German, good knowledge of English

·         Profound knowledge of all ICH-GCP Protocol and any local regulations

·         Ability to work from home within Germany
