Requirements:

Working within the Corporate Affairs team in our Communication Directorate, you will be part of a dynamic team of communication professionals who ensure employees are kept informed and motivated, and build employee pride, by driving the delivery of corporate and brand internal communications. 


You will develop internal communication strategies and lead on the delivery of tactical plans to support key business projects, including engaging employees with the Company’s corporate strategy.

Communications is at the heart of the role with a requirement for strong writing skills and the ability to inspire, influence and motivate employees, including senior leaders.  

 

A proven ability to work in a matrix environment,  ability for strategic planning and a skill for implementing an internal communication strategy, with exceptional project management skills, are required to fulfil the role.

 

A successful candidate will also integrate fully with fellow communications colleagues in the Public Affairs and Public Relations teams on key workstreams.
