inVentiv Health Clinical are currently recruiting field based Clinical Research Associates and Senior Clinical Research Associates to be fully integrated into one of our pharmaceutical partners through our outsourcing model. If you are interested in gaining insight into the pharmaceutical business by working directly with the sponsor and their wider team this could be a great opportunity for you.
Working in a team where there are development opportunities to take on lead responsibilities, you will be a fully integrated member of the pharmaceutical company’s research and development team and working occasionally at the client site. You will gain great exposure working in Oncology, Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Immunology, Infectious Diseases or Metabolism and become an expert within one of these therapeutic areas.
You will monitor sites across the UK but with a focus on your region, site allocation focused to your home location where possible. You will take ownership of your assigned studies from feasibility to close-out, the team is project aligned to allow ownership and project specialism. You will receive managerial guidance and support at all times from both the sponsor and inVentiv Health’s Operations team. Autonomy with the investigator site.
Strong previous CRA experience gained in the UK. You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player who is well organised. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to work from home and be within easy access of the motorway/airport.
