Requirements:

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Metrics Governance and Risk Monitoring with developing, establishing and managing a company-wide overview of Medical Compliance . You will provide leadership and direction to key business partners by driving a strategy that improves business performance. You will monitor and evaluate business critical medical compliance activities to help identify risks, whilst effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You will be accountable for the analysis, interpretation and trending of metrics data provided by affiliates. Contributing to the development of compliance dashboards, you will ensure stakeholders can self-assess the state of medical compliance and act as an agent of change by implementing a continuous improvement mind-set. You will identify opportunities to simplify data collection and will contribute to the long term objectives and goals for the OCMO as a whole.

You will have substantial experience in international pharmaceutical clinical development processes, built on the foundations of a University degree in a Science related subject. Your extensive knowledge and experience of clinical development and pharmacovigilance processes will be complimented by your ability to present ideas and data to senior leaders with clarity. An expert in Quality Risk Management, you will have proven project management skills and a good understanding of GCP, GVP, and regulatory requirements. You will be willing and able to undertake occasional global travel.

 

This position can be based out of any European Roche Affiliate.
