Working within the Corporate Affairs team in our Communication Directorate, you will be part of a dynamic team of communication professionals helping to develop integrated strategies and shape the environment for Roche’s medicines and corporate positioning among key stakeholders.
You will work to ensure a sustainability strategy for the entire company (to include Roche Pharma, Roche Diagnostics and Diabetes Care) to enhance the company's image; drive the Roche brand, to oversee CSR, and to build employee pride.
Alongside the development of internal communications, you will identify tactical opportunities to enhance corporate communications and be proficient in implementing communication plans.

Communications is at the heart of the role with a requirement for strong writing skills and the ability to inspire, influence and motivate employees, including senior leaders.
A proven ability to work in a matrix environment, ability for strategic planning and a skill for implementing an internal communication strategy, with exceptional project management skills, are required to fulfil the role. A successful candidate will also integrate fully with fellow communications colleagues in the Public Affairs and Public Relations teams on key workstreams.
