The purpose of the Business Analyst is to facilitate data enabled decision-making for Business Franchise customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. The Business Analyst will provide analytical support to Business Franchise customers on sub-national dashboard requests and act as an interface between the franchises, the team in Hyderabad and Commercial Consulting in Dublin.
** Analyst / Analysis / Analytical / Data / Excel / Reporting / forecasting / commercial **
•Is the contact person for Pharma Business Leaders, Brand Managers and Business Planning Analysts with reporting queries
•Works with Safe Force Effectiveness Lead and CRM/BI lead to guide updates to reporting from the field
•Ensures the definition of each sales territory is kept up to date, and that changes are communicated
•Ensures that distribution lists for reports/dashboards are kept up to date and communicated
•Is able to provide strategic 5 year forecasts for both in-line and pipeline products
•Can provide financial accrual information for incentive schemes
•Can provide brand forecasting support on an ad hoc basis
•Timely and accurate delivery of reports

#LI-NOV Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have:
•Relevant degree – eg. Economics, finance, science -or equivalent work experience
•Experience in analytics and reporting
•Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
•Ability to work in a matrix environment
•Desire to progress into more senior field role, marketing role, finance role or market access role
•Great communication skills
