PRIMARY DUTIES

Opportunity to join this fabulous Pharmaceutical company as their ABPI Compliance Coordinator.  As Compliance Coordinator you’ll ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice through the management of the Zinc and supporting activities of the Senior Compliance Adviser. Previous experience / knowledge is essential.

Training (Both general approval process and specific ZINC training) of new starters, final signatories and refreshers. Creating/updating training materials

Changes to ZINC specifications, proactively identifying gaps/issues. Reactively ensuring appropriate stakeholders are informed and agree on any changes. Rollout relevant upgrades

Day to Day Management of and liaising with ZINC

Support with creation and maintenance of SOPs as required. Provide assistance with the auditing of Code compliance.

Responsible for recording payments to healthcare professionals (HCPs) via the Value Exchange Tracker (VET)

Maintain Speaker Agreement records. Maintain/archive all relevant documents on the Compliance SharePoint site

Responsibility for proactive MEGS, including ensuring certification and launch of materials, as required 

If required, on behalf of the Sales force, develop and co-ordinate approval of: Sales force-generated materials/projects/questionnaires etc

 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Degree level education or equivalent

Previous experience of working on a coordination role.

Experience of training including giving presentations.

Experience using ZINC desirable

Understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice

Excellent organisational and communication skills
