Clinical Operations Manager – Outsourced to a single sponsor – UK - £50k – £60k + Car Allowance We are looking for an experienced CRA Manager or an ambitious Senior CRA or Lead CRA with over 5 years’ experience, within clinical research to manage our Clinical team in the UK.

We are a Market Leading Global CRO Located in over 30 countries and we are looking to grow our clinical monitoring team within our outsourced program. We are looking for an experienced Lead CRA or an ambitious Senior CRA with over 5 years experience, within clinical research to join a market leading pharmaceutical company.

Clinical Operations Manager – Outsourced to a single sponsor – UK -  £50k – £60k + Car Allowance

We are looking for an experienced CRA Manager or an ambitious Senior CRA or Lead CRA with over 5 years’ experience, within clinical research to manage our Clinical team in the UK.  

Responsibilities

  • Leads country cross-functional investigator Site Selection Team
  • Training and co-monitoring with junior CRAs
  • Assessing CRA’s performance
  • Responsible for Budget and contract negotiations
  • Responsible for the country monthly reports

Skills Required

  • Over 3+ years monitoring experience .
  • Has taken Lead responsibilities.
  • Experience within oncology preferable but not essential 
  • A strong understanding of GCPs, ICH guidelines, FDA and local regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
