The Source department of Chiltern acts in a similar way to that of a staffing solutions provider.  The department is currently seeking a Clinical Project Assistant (CTA) to work for our client a Pharmaceutical company based in Sweden   Candidates will work office based in Stockholm.

Chiltern is Europe’s largest privately owned Clinical Research Organization, with over 4300 employees and 47 offices throughout Europe, both Eastern and Western, North America and in Asia. We have worked in virtually every therapeutic area for all the major pharmaceutical companies and very many of the smaller ones.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Participating in Monitoring Team meetings during the set-up of a Clinical Trial/Study when required
  • Preparing documents to be submitted to the Ethics Committee in co-operation with CRA
  • Preparing study material for Selection/Initiation Visits in co-operation with CRA
  • Preparing, tracking, finalising and forwarding any relevant document to the Clinical Trial Team in co-operation with CRA
  • Managing the logistics of translations of study specific documentation
  • Assisting CRA in the communication with vendors
  • Assisting CRA in the set-up of Local Study File/Investigator Study File /eTMF
  • Setting up the study structure for local documents (at the local drive), if required
  • Orders, distributes and tracks study material to Study Sites in co-operation with CRA
  • Communicate incoming issues raised by Study Site Staff to CRA and any other relevant party
  • Manage the logistics of Investigators’ Meetings held under the responsibility of the local Affiliate (e.g. travel arrangements, preparation and distribution of meeting material)
  • Participate when required in activities related to audits and inspections
  • Assist the CRA in the archiving process of the study documents at study closure
  • Act as the Recall Contact person (country level) as applicable
  • Perform administrative tasks (e.g. administers invoices, and Purchase Requests, arranges inter-company meetings/trainings)

Requirements

 

  • Our client is looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator with at least 1 years’ CTA experience
  • Career CTA – someone who is wanting to stay in this role for the next couple of years
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
