Responsibilities:

In collaboration with one of our global pharmaceutical client, we now have a Contracts Specialist opening in Prague, Czech Republic. 

As a Contracts Specialist, your main focus will be developing Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) utilizing standard templates and ensure that the CTAs are executed in timely manner. You will liaise with the legal departments of both contract parties to ensure any content changes to the CTAs are mutually agreeable.

You will also generate site budgets based on final approved country budget in preparation for distribution to sites and following up with investigators and maintaining status reports on all activities.

Overall you will ensure accuracy of information and reconcile discrepancies between documents and the contract tracking database. 

Desired skills and qualifications:

You will have an undergraduate degree with an understanding of legally binding agreements. It is important that you have experience of working in contract administration or another relevant area, ideally within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.

You must be well organized and methodical with an appreciation of the importance of getting the fine details right. If you are also adaptable, self-motivated, a good team player and happy to use your initiative, you will quickly feel at home here. You must be fluent in Czech and English language.
