~~Following significant developments in pipeline, a Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research opportunity has arisen within a Global Pharmaceutical Company.

The Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research will play a senior role in the Global team, playing a lead role in the development of value dossiers and management of product lifecycles in cooperation with other cross functional teams. You will also lead highly skilled project teams delivering global projects through matrix management.

The role essentially covers the following key areas;

• Leading projects involving Consultancy Suppliers - from briefing the Consultancy in question on the requirements (including Health Economic models and value dossiers), through to critically assessing the finished product to ensure it meets the requirement
• Matrix Managing teams assisting affiliates across the globe in overcoming Market Access hurdles and achieving best pricing and successful reimbursement – these affiliates are based all over the world, including the US, as well as the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific (mainly China with a growing presence in Japan and Taiwan),  and Latin America
• Taking products from Phase 1 of the Clinical trial through to loss of exclusivity to the generics market – including study design, pre and post launch activities, developing Value, HTA and Pricing/Reimbursement Dossiers

A background in Consultancy or Pharma is fine, however the candidate must have experience of playing a senior part in leading global projects and matrix managing project teams.
