Our global leading Healthcare client is looking for a contract/Interim Organisational Development Consultant join their team based in London with flexy working from home to assist with a project roll out. 

Background

Our client is putting together a dedicated implementation and mobilisation team to support their pilot sites as well as to lead the productisation of their implementation/support package across all customers. The OD lead will be responsible for working alongside the mobilisation team to help customers transition to a new way of working.

Role

  • Define organisational and leadership development strategies, solutions and products that will enable the successful delivery of the project.
  • Design, develop and build OD and leadership support products/services underpinning the project product portfolio
  • Work closely with pilot sites to test new tools and solutions, working with business leaders and HR leads to implement the change management programme
  • Develop and implement sound methodological processes to ensure pilot customer views influence the strategic planning and service development of the project
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in relevant internal and external working groups and networks to promote the continued development of the project

Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organisational development, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in human resource development, organisational effectiveness, learning and development, and/or talent management
  • Experience working in an NHS setting, preferably primary care
  • Knowledge of learning and organisational effectiveness theory and best practices
  • Demonstrated success presenting and communicating ideas to selected stakeholders and project management
  • Previous experience in product development, delivering cost reduction/transformation programmes, product development and working in an Agile product development is desirable
