Our global leading Healthcare client is looking for a contract/Interim Mobilisation Lead to join their team based in the South East UK to assist with the mobilization of their project.

Previous experience in product development, delivering cost reduction/transformation programmes, product development and working in an Agile product development is desirable

 

Role

  • Lead the implementation of PMO pilots across multiple sites, and act as primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the mobilisation period
  • Ensure that effective governance and appropriate structures are implemented for pilots
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and good communication with the wide range of stakeholders who need to be engaged in the planning and delivery.
  • Develop mobilisation plans that include work streams, timescales, resource requirements, deliverables and key milestones.
  • Direct the planning and allocation of work to ensure that pilots are delivered according to the agreed timetable, quality standards and budget
  • Set targets and monitor performance and quality assurance
  • Manage the quality and quantity of work produced by team members to ensure that the pilots’ objectives and targets are achieved.
  • Produce progress reports consistently and to the required standards, reporting on service mobilisation progress, next steps, deliverables, resources requirements, risks and issues
  • Ensuring all pilot learnings are shared appropriately with the PMO so that feedback can be incorporated into product development and inform subsequent productisation of implementation support

 
Experience

 

  • Experience working in a NHS environment, preferably in a primary care setting
  • Demonstrated results at implementing complex programmes to external customers in a high quality manner, on time and within budget
  • Experience with programme management tools and processes
  • Experience with translating customer needs into product and service solutions
  • Strong internal navigation and collaboration skills, with clear skills in operating successfully in a complex matrix organisation
