Under the guidance of the Surgical Sales Manager the incumbent is responsible for obtaining the maximum sales in accordance with established sales targets laid down for his/her territorial responsibility.

Job purpose:
Under the guidance of the Surgical Sales Manager the incumbent is responsible for obtaining the maximum sales in accordance with established sales targets laid down for his/her territorial responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
-To develop new and optimise existing business with key customers in order to promote appropriate Vitreo-Retinal products.
-Initially the role will require the successful launch of Constellation and Purepoint
-To provide feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management
-To organise and co-ordinate local meeting on territory, also ensuring adequate catering facilities, company literature, samples and relevant audio visual aids are available where necessary
-To work the hours necessary to achieve objectives on a daily, weekly, monthly and cyclical basis
-To achieve previously set sales targets
-To ensure that adequate administrative duties are carried out to guarantee efficient operation of territory

#LI-P Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have:

-University degree, A levels or equivalent
-Fluency in English (verbal and written) Any other European language would be an asset
-Organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
-Commercial awareness, customer focus, negotiation and persuasion skills,
-Drive and initiative
-Extensive Vitreo Retinal surgical theatre experience, with a track record of appropriate achievements
