Clinical Research Associate – Outsourced to a Single Sponsor – Flexible Office-Days – UP to €45K

Suitable for: Clinical Research Associate, CRA I, Clinical research associate II, CRA II, Senior Clinical Research Associate, Senior CRA, SCRA, Lead CRA.

We are looking to hire an individual who is passionate about clinical operations and is keen in taking up a lot of responsibilities from the beginning. The candidate must to have a positive attitude and the will to achieve career progression. Overall, the roles offer the opportunity to work across all drug development phases and the chance to be involved in various researches.

Role Responsibilities

·         Work across all aspects of study site monitoring from start-up to close-out, including the establishment of monitoring plans

·         Develops and maintaining collaborative relationships with investigational sites and client company personnel

·         Evaluate compliance and performance of site staff, mentor and contribute to the development of junior staff.

·         Take part in the development of assigned protocols and Case Report Forms

Skills Required

2-3 years independent monitoring experience
Life Science degree
All types of monitoring experience across all phases

·         Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

·         Ability to travel to sites nationwide
