The QuintilesIMS Events team (within SPN) provides comprehensive event management services for face to face and virtual meetings. Our services include event design and production and innovative technical solutions to ensure enhanced engagement and learning, as well as full meeting logistics services. Our logistics team are passionate about what they do and have an impressive record of excellent client and delegate feedback. They take pride in quality delivery and have a strong teamwork ethic. In the last year we’ve delivered over 100 meetings in more than 50 countries, ranging in size from 20 to 500 delegates.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include management of our supplier invoice payment process; setting up and maintaining internal databases and tracking systems; arranging and attending meetings and teleconferences and developing minutes/action reports. The Project Coordinator will also assist Project Executives in the tracking and delivery of project elements including arranging travel logistics and tracking timelines.

This is a highly administrative role and candidates will need to demonstrate a methodical approach to work and excellent attention to detail. The Project Coordinator must also be able to liaise with and coordinate a number of internal and external stakeholders, including internal teams, client stakeholders and suppliers.

• Experience of participating in teams

• Sound judgement and ability to distinguish when further supervision is required

• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
