Required to support in IT Service Management of applications supporting ‘Quality Event Management’ business capabilities within Johnson & Johnson globally.

Responsibilities would also include supporting a ‘DevOps’ initiative defining processes and training team members.

This role would be suited to a candidate with strong experience in IT Application Support Management preferably with solid ITIL understanding.

Minimum of ITIL v3 Foundation certification, preferred ITIL intermediate certificates or ITIL expert certification.

Solid experience of Powerpoint, Excel and good knowledge of Visio would also be beneficial as training decks, support metrics and process mapping would also be required as part of this role.
