Requirements:

A global pharmaceutical leader in the Virginia area is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Associate with 3 years TMF/eTMF experience to help lead the development of their contracts and track payments and invoices across assigned projects. This pharmaceutical giant specializes in addiction therapy and is immediately seeking a few CTAs who are expert in TMF/eTMF to help them prepare for an FDA audit. This is a a good way to get in with a growing company in the Richmond area.

Job Functions:

  • Manage the development, review, and negotiation of NDAs, Contracts, Work Orders, and MSAs
  • Experts in TMF/eTMF - minimum 3 years
  • Contribute to site level contracting/budgeting activities to ensure that site agreements are within budget and are in agreement with Fair Market Value assessment.
  • Provide frequent, accurate updates on all outstanding contractual documents to management
  • Adhere to vendor, finance and legal contract management processes
  • Assist Clinical Manager with maintaining project timelines
  • Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive applicable clinical trial documentation in support of assigned teams.
  • Assist management of the product tracking and final reconciliation processes
  • Assist management in obtaining/pulling/reviewing/filing documentation required for audits and inspections
  • Assist the CDM with vendor management, global budgetary management, TMF oversight, ongoing management and finalization of protocol deviation
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements and strategic initiatives, as assigned
Responsibilties:
  • Lead negotiations for all assigned agreements with negotiate and manage site level contracting/budgeting activities to ensure that site agreements are within budget

  • Maintain multiple project timelines, and review invoices and budgets with minimal supervision/oversight by CDM.
