Job Summary:

A rapidly expanding client of ours are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager to join their expanding office in Northern Switzerland, to work closely alongside their existing team. With a growing pipeline, exciting studies, and a chance to put your own ideas and influence on the projects, this is a rare opportunity for the right individual to grow and develop on a professional and personal basis.

The client:

This company is a growing Biopharmaceutical organisation, with global reach. A relatively “new kid on the block”, this is somewhere that you are able to actively contribute to the ever-changing environment of clinical development. Given the size of the company, you are actively encouraged to develop your professional skill-set / experience, and help push forward new ideas to shape trials and lead change.

 

The role:

The position is that of a Clinical Project Manager, where you will be given the chance to implement, monitor, supervise and direct the assigned Clinical programs. Ensure all program deliverables are met according to timelines, budget, operational procedures and quality / GCP standards. You will also have the autonomy to support the Head of ClinOps with activities when required and keep regular communication with CRO and trial sites to ensure smooth running of the sponsors requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to be primary point of contact for any program related issue, both internally and with external stakeholders.

 

The person:

To be considered for this role, the client is looking for someone with an established background in the clinical arena (7 years plus), with active hands-on experience within project management. The company are expecting someone who is fluent in English, both written and verbal. Possess a solid hands-on ability, proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to interact collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. They are looking for previous experience conducting clinical trials in Europe/US as well as a working knowledge of the EMEA and FDA clinical/regulatory environment.
