Responsibilities:

PRA is experiencing ongoing Global expansion, our business is thriving and as a result we are currently looking for an Administrative Associate to work as part of our Global Regulatory Affairs team based in Mannheim.

Working as part of our Mannheim based Regulatory Affairs group, your will provide overall support to the team in addition to the following,

  • Managing logistics and document exchange between clinical sites and PRA
  • Assisting in preparation of study submission packages and in filing and archiving of study documents
  • Maintain the electronic records of study documents and submission data
  • Managing translation vendors for patient facing documents and approval letters
  • Compiling records, organizing and maintaining files, mail distribution and photocopying.

Full training will be provided and in addition, this position offers the opportunity to develop into a Regulatory Affairs Associate position the future.

Desired skills and qualifications:

In order to be considered, you will be a life sciences graduate with some administrative experience who is looking to develop their career within Clinical Research.

We are looking for self-motivated applicants who have exceptional inter-personal skills, and have the ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be tenacious, have high standards of quality with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and multi task.
