Job Summary:

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The Global Enterprise Services Operations (GESO) team support a multi-faceted customer engagement process that keeps the momentum of the sales cycle going and serves as the customer care and transaction engine of the commercial business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the new CPL contract - CPL OS will own end to end specific tasks for the complete UK market
*Review and validation of MCS Customer contracts prior to issuance to ensure compliance with Services policies, offering rules and to validate completeness and accuracy versus approved deal terms. Includes support for resolution of issues with Sales and Delivery teams.
*Review and validation of MCS Subcontractor contracts prior to issuance to ensure compliance with Services policies and to validate completeness and accuracy versus approved deal terms. Includes support for resolution of issues with Sales and Delivery teams. Oversee the creation of Subcontractor POs for contracts related to assigned customer accounts/contacts. Including support for resolution of issues from Delivery teams and/or Offshore Processing Teams.
*Review and analysis of subcontractor invoices to ensure completeness, accuracy and alignment to payment policies prior to payment. Includes support for resolution of issues from Delivery teams and/or Offshore Processing Teams.
*Upload invoices to Electronic Billing and customer portals.
*Review of compass queues and assignment of validation requests. Management of shared subsidiary mailboxes including triage of queries and work requests and assignment to appropriate owners based on activity, account ownership and/or request complexity
Continuously manage and follow-up on all processing issues by taking pro-active measures to solve each issue individually as well as analysing root causes to remove the issues altogether.

In addition CPL OS will:

*Own the provision of GESO services from initial deal consultancy to contract closure for your portfolio of assigned customer accounts, focusing always on compliance, quality, consistency and efficiency.
*Triage contract requests between field & processing team.
*Proactively review and analyse forecasted New Work Sold and PCB to ensure pipeline is operationally viable and proactively mitigate any issues.
*Manage monthly billing cycles to ensure all relevant contracts are billed timely and accurately as per PO. Ensure all credits & rebills are processed correctly & on time.
*Billing/Invoicing & credit note management. Review of contract information for billing.
*Financial reporting Support for completion of Month End Financial activities (Revenue accruals and deferrals, subcontractor cost accruals and deferrals) using the Month End Workbook (MEW) and supporting Financial Revenue Recognition (FRR) reporting.
*Escalation point for the Field on any issues or queries.
*Knowledge expert for more complex country or customer specific issues.
*Take responsibility for query management & resolution.
*Partner with processing team & keep them aware of any complex or non-standard customer or subsidiary requests.
*Continuously work on improvements in existing internal processes to ensure that each one is as efficient and as automated as possible.
*Continuously keep up to date with PM ROC Updates and Microsoft policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Proven attention to detail with strong numeracy skills and a solid grasp of financial concepts.
*Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
*Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills required.
*Self-motivated and focused individual who works well within the team environment.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines, anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate.
*Ability to adjust priorities, decisions, and actions to respond to multiple demands, unanticipated events, and new information.
*Ability to quickly grasp and understand problems and concepts.
*Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture.
*Proven attention to detail with strong numeracy skills and a solid grasp of financial concepts.
*Ability to adapt within a fast paced changing organization.
*The ability to provide corrective actions and solution to problems and subsequently come up with the right suggestions for process improvements and highlight them to the ROC PMs.
*Excellent oral and written English language skills, including presentation experience and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
*Knowledge of Contractual concepts and processing.
*Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
*Specific knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise Services business is a strong advantage.
*Passion for the customer.
The successful candidate will be required to work on site in Reading from Monday to Friday during core hours (9:00am to 5:30pm); flexibility will be required to work longer hours during the month to facilitate month end requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Bachelor Degree level qualification or equivalent experience (Finance or business-related preferably).
*Experience in stakeholder management.
*2+ years Program Management or related/relevant experience, professional services experience an advantage.
*Experience working in financial month end closes.
*Demonstrated record of success delivering results in a global multinational corporation environment.
