Job Summary:

Opportunity for an experienced QP to join an established CMO located near Edinburgh, Scotland.


I am currently partnering a well established and respected CMO in their search for an experienced QP.

The functions of this role will include:

  • Ensuring that requirements of the Clinical Trial Authorisation/Marketing Authorisation and Manufacturing License are met for every batch released.
  • Ensuring that GMP is followed at every step through out development and manufacturing.
  • Making all necessary checks are conducted in respect of production and manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring that all process changes and deviations are logged in a clear reporting system prior to batch release
  • Ensuring that any necessary, checks, testing, validation or inspections are carried out in response to changes and deviations
  • Ensuring that all necessary Production and Quality Control documentation has been completed and endorsed by supervisors trained in appropriate disciplines

Requirements for the role:

  • Eligible QP with prior experience gained in either the batch release of finished product or Investigational Medicinal products
  • BSc in science or related field
  • Thorough GMP knowledge
