Job Summary:

TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Study Coordinator to join one of our partner companies in the United Kingdom. The Study Coordinator will be dedicated to one hospital site in London and will need to be office-based.    This will be a freelance position for approximately 1 FTE, initially for 2 months with the potential to be extended from there and the successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client.

TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Study Coordinator to join one of our partner companies in the United Kingdom. The Study Coordinator will be dedicated to one hospital site in London and will need to be office-based.

This will be a freelance position for approximately 1 FTE, initially for 2 months with the potential to be extended from there and the successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.

The Study Coordinator will assist the clinical research teams in ensuring the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical research studies by providing administration and project tracking support.

Main Responsibilities:

· Support the clinical research teams with ongoing conduct of studies

· Assist project teams with study specific documentation as appropriate

- Completion of Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRFs) and DCFs - tracking and QC

- Maintain drug accountability records

- Completion of site status reports

· Ensure assessment & signature of documents by PI, e.g. Lab Reports, VRFs

· Have knowledge of ICH GCP, appropriate regulations and company's SOPs

· To be familiar with the role of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and to attend site visits, if appropriate

· Assist in the preparation, handling and tracking of Ethics/Regulatory submissions

· Maintain the study files and databases for the project

· Coordinate ordering/dispatch and tracking of trial materials

· Assist project teams with trial progress tracking by updating the Clinical Trial Management systems

· Assist in the tracking and distribution of safety reports

· Coordinate document translation

· Assist in the preparation of presentations

· Report activity completed to the sponsor via the Site Report Form

Specific Study Tasks:

· Discuss ICF with Subjects

· Assist the PI in determining subject eligibility

· SAE reporting transmission through safety gateway

· Make eCRF entries/corrections/resolve DCFs

· Receipt and storage of IP

· Dispensation of IP via IXRS

· Communicate with IRB/IEC

· Maintain documentation in Investigator Site File

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Research Study Site Coordinator

· Healthcare/Sciences background desirable

· Previous office administration experience

· Demonstrated organizational skills

· Proven flexibility and the ability to work under pressure

· Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Good communication skills

· Proficiency in English

· Proactive contribution towards the team by being a flexible team player

· Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent understanding of the Clinical Processes
