Requirements:

Our client is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in central London. This role would suit someone who is looking to move to a start up company where there is exposure for everyone at all levels. Ideally, the candidate would have experience and a good understanding of drug safety. 

The client is a fast growing start up that specialise in providing data quality and data capture analysis to Pharmaceutical companies. Their development of a web-based application allows them to work within the fields of technology, research and the life science sector.

This is a senior level role so ideally, we would like candidates who have:

* Pharmaceutical/CRO industry experience required
* Understanding of drug safety space would be preferred
* Previous experience working as a customer success manager, project manager or account manager is essential
* Experience in working as part of a team in order to help with the growth of a company

Key responsibilities:

* Drive agreement between the customers, the company and partners
* Problem-solving while agreeing scope, services and levels
* Agreement on pricing and timelines on building and deployment of services
* Drive design, build and test of customer solutions
* Drive coordination with partners and drive deployment of agreed solutions
* Collect and report success metrics
* Identify and drive resolution of customer concerns
* Successfully communicate product information to customers
* Capture end user feedback and report back to the company for development
