Job Summary:

INC Research is a full-service clinical research organization, providing the full range of Phase I to IV clinical development services for the world’s pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Requirements:

We are currently looking to strengthen our Facilities team in Spain and are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to be office based in Barcelona on a temporary basis for a 3 month contract on a part time basis working 20 hour per week, 8:00am until 12pm.

Core Responsibilities:
A brief summary of duties you will be involved in as an Facilities Coordinator:
• Serves as the primary regional office contact for vendor services, which may include coffee service, food/drink vending machines, overnight courier, office supplies and recycling/documenting shredding services. Ensures most cost-effective method and offering alternative solutions as practical.
• Maintains up-to-date seating chart and floor plans. Monitors seating and space capacity and provides updates to Corporate Services and site head. Liaises with department management for new hire placement within the facility and ensures workstation readiness with IT contact.
• Oversees conference room scheduling and manages executive schedules and calendars as necessary.

 

Qualifications
 

Skills and attributes:
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience:
• Education - High school education, or equivalent education and experience, plus moderate experience providing specialized administrative support
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of employees and maintain confidentiality is necessary
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), voicemail, email and Outlook calendar. Accurate and efficient keyboard skills are necessary
• Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish language
