Requirements:

As a part of our Human Resources structure in Smolensk, this role provides administrative support service to the functional areas of human resources such as staffing, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits and equal opportunity action.
 

As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

•    Providing support for the human resources function
•    Processing various forms such as HR change forms, performance appraisals, benefit forms, and other confidential forms and records
•    Maintaining personnel files for assigned location; preparing HR-related information and various lists, reports and documents
•    Performing higher-level duties involving employee communications, responding to routine questions regarding human resources policies and procedures, organizing employee events, etc.
•    Organizing and coordinating new employee orientation
•    Ensuring that new employees receive appropriate information about benefits, policies, etc. and that appropriate “new hire” paperwork is completed accurately
•    Coordinating or taking a lead role in organizing employee participation in community affairs events and other “social” events.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages (English is a must).
•    Human resources training or experience is favorable.
•    Admin experience is preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•    Fluent English and good computer skills
•    Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
•    Ability to maintain confidential information
•    Ability to multi-task.
