TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Healthcare Compliance Specialist at one of our clients, a global leading pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

The Healthcare Compliance Specialist manages Healthcare Compliance (HCC). He or she supports planning, trainings, assessments, and other varied HCC functions, incl. Management Action Plan. This position reports to the OTC Marketing Director and the HCC Officer Consumer. This position supports the marketing teams of our client.

Your tasks

  • Support for the HCC-relevant activities of all company divisions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Responsibility for the proper documentation of HCC relevant processes (including operational responsibility for several tools and databases, including user support)
  • Creation and implementation of a monitoring plan to monitor the success of the local HCC program and to evaluate the results of an action plan
  • Organization, implementation and documentation of trainings as well as responsibility for continuous improvement of HCC competences within the organization
  • Providing and analyzing information & data, drawing conclusions and preparing them in management presentations
  • Participation in the local rollout of a complex IT system for the internal recording of all HCC relevant data
  • First line business support for answering HCC-relevant questions
  • Support for the HCC processes in the daily business as well as for reviews and releases

Responsibilities

  • Completed (Fach-) Hochschulstudium, preferably business administration with focus on organization / IT / finance / law OR medicine / pharmacy
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, at least professional experience through several months of internships
  • Very good computer skills, experience in using databases
  • Experience with contract management and administration
  • High operational readiness, independence ("self starter") and reliability
  • Good enforcement as well as safe & binding appearance
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Organizational skills, able to work very well on their own initiative
  • Problem solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, able to work under stress and time pressure
  • English spoken and written is a must!

This is full-time and on-site position, however one day home office or 80% FTE is not excluded.
