Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced functional manager to join our existing well-structured team with the aim of managing a group of Clinical Team Managers based regionally. You will be responsible for hiring, resourcing, mentoring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff to achieve project goals and assure technical competence and compliance within their functional area, acting as a point of escalation when appropriate. You will provide leadership in the implementation of PRA’s quality initiatives and business processes, and achievement of management goals within the framework of the company mission, policy and philosophy.

Along with managing your direct reports through their career development plans, there is scope to provide guidance to the rest of the European team in an additional Subject Matter Expert function, and participate or lead different departmental initiatives.

  • a previous track record of success in a line management position in a global CRO
  • prior experience working in a project management of clinical lead capacity
