As part of the PRA team you will be able to hone a vast skill set. You will become an expert in studying IVRS data to find recruitment/retention trends. You will be working to design and implement digital outreach programs that will spread across the company’s global network.

(Include but not limited to)
- Implement the strategies of patient recruitment and retention
- Carry out questionnaires
- Make a difference to patients participating in clinical research
- Client focused
- Involvement in bid defense to pitch services to clients and help take over failing studies

(Desired requirements)
- Client servicing and project managing skills
- Excellent communication
- High attention to detail
- Good medical knowledge
- Experience working with designers to create study branding, design concepts and developing medical communications materials
- Experience working with writers; developing briefs and content editing
- Experience working with translation agencies and developing multilingual materials, including quality checking language artwork
- Experience working with printers and international shipping
- Experience developing digital tools and media buying preferable
- Degree or higher in a biological science preferable.
