COVANCE is a leading global drug development services company and we provide support to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Project Administrator office-based in Stockholm.

Main job duties:

  • Provide clerical support to project team
  • Set up and maintain clinical investigator files and documentation
  • Prepare study-related documents, investigator budget payments and visit documentation

Your education and experience:

  • Diploma – Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of the contents of investigator documents and the applicable regulations
  • Strong, proven administrative Experience in a corporate environment or Clinical Project Administrator Experience 
  • Fluent in Swedish and in English, both written and verbal
