CRA – Clinical Research Associate –Poland– HOME or Office based We are currently recruiting for an experienced CRA (Clinical Research Associate) to join our successful organisation. We work across phases 2-3 and we are specifically looking for CRAs with strong monitoring experience.

We have offices in Warsaw however we are happy for CRAs to homebased.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct start-up through to close out visits
  • Develops and maintaining collaborative relationships with investigational sites and client company personnel.
  • Mentor, train and contribute to the development of junior CRAs
  • Up to 40% monitoring

SKILLS DESIRED

  • 1 year plus monitoring experience
  • Good knowledge of FDA guidelines and GCP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
