Job Summary:

The In House CRA will be responsible for assisting the study team members ensuring quality and integrity of data. Must have experience with Oncology.


Job Background

The In-House CRA is an essential member of a Clinical Project Team responsible for the execution. of a Clinical Research Project. The degree of responsibility given to an In-House CRA shall reflect his/her experience and the level of contribution, which he/she can make to that project. The work will involve Clinical Operations activities which will be conducted in an office or home-based setting for designated projects as well as some travel to conduct site visits as needed. The In-House CRA will be responsible for assisting with ensuring quality and integrity of data, and additional study-related activities to support the efforts of study team members. Activities will be conducted in compliance with Chiltern or Sponsor’s SOPs, ICH GCP or other applicable standards and guidelines applicable for late phase or medical device studies, and regulatory requirements.

BSc or BA degree in a biomedical or related life science, or nursing qualification.
Minimum 0 – 2 + years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the key responsibilities of the job.

  • ? Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information during interactions with staff at all levels
  • ? Good understanding of the work performed by other Chiltern International functions and how they interact
  • ? Previous experience in all administrative aspects of clinical trials with a good knowledge of SOPs preferred
  • ? Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • ? Good interpersonal and communication skills during interactions with external and internal clients
  • ? Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
  • ? Good computer literacy with working knowledge of PCs, Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • ? Understanding of the principles of ICH GCP or other applicable standards and guidelines and regulatory requirements
