We are working with one of our clients, a Belgium-based pharma company, to find a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead their Food Supplements & Medical Devices division in Paris. Company is an internationally-known leader in development and distribution of OTC, Rx & Nutritional products.

MedTech Professionals is working with one of our long-standing clients, a Belgium-based pharmaceutical company, to find a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead their Food Supplements and Medical Devices division in Paris. The company is an internationally-known leader in the development and distribution of OTC, Rx and Nutritional products. They are the largest manufacturer of OTC products worldwide, have many well-known brands and are a subsidiary of one of the world's leading Consumer Health companies. Today they operate in more than 30 countries.
In the role of Regulatory Affairs Manager, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of products within both the Medical Devices and Food Supplements divisions, ensuring total Regulatory conformity.

The Role
The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities in this position, including:
* Acting as a representative of the Regulatory Affairs department during the development phase of new products
* Providing assistance to other internal departments when it comes to Regulatory, Technical and Scientific decision-making
* Prepare and update Technical Files, to include management of tolerance and efficacy studies
* Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Validation of both labelling and promotional materials
* Batch release(s)
* Be responsible for dealing with Medical information issues and Quality Complaints Management
* Be involved when it comes to drafting Procedures relating to regulatory activity
* Ensure compliance with all Corporate procedures

The Candidate
* All candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' work experience within the Regulatory Affairs segment, in relevant industries: Pharmaceutical, Food Supplements/Nutrition, or Medical Devices
* You must be a fluent speaker of both French and English
* Have excellent knowledge of not only French, but also wider European, legal aspects related to food complements and medical devices
* A team spirit, decision-making/initiative abilities and the ability to work well autonomously
