Top 10 Niche Pharma specialising in Rare Diseases. This client has seen extensive success in a number of areas. It has seen continuous success over the years and continues to strengthen its’ position in the market. For almost 20 years, the company has been pioneering the development of novel therapies for patients suffering acute rare diseases. This is a company committed to their patient-centric strategies and would be an ideal environment for a passionate Medical Affairs leader with previous SME and rare disease experience.

THE ROLE
- Develop working relationships and establish external contacts with UK therapy area experts (TAEs) and patient and professional bodies
- Plan and execute of relevant medical advisory boards and expert meetings
- Review and participate in new product commercial advisory boards
- Liaise with the business partners in co-promotional/ co-developmental activities
- Adheres to and operate within company guidelines and APBI Code of Practice appropriate to job role

SKILLS NEEDED
• MD / GMC registered
• Previous industry experience in a similar role, preference within rare diseases
• Strong skills within the ABPI Code of Practice is required
• Excellent presentation, written and oral skills are required
• Clinical trial and publication experience is essential
