Job Summary:

An exciting Safety role, working for a global Med Tech company based in Switzerland.


My Client is a Global, leading manufacturer of Cardio & Endovascular medical devices. 


To be based in Switzerland, we are currently seeking a Teamleader, Safety for Vascular Products in a permanent role.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Full responsibility for the safety and compliance group including leadership of the team and overall responsibility for the safety guidelines and regulations
  • Acting as an interface to all groups within the Medical Affairs Group, regulatory bodies and external authorities
  • Responsibility for tracking and solving adverse events and writing periodic reports for different boards and committees
  • Safety & compliance interactions with third parties
  • Defining & assigning trainings to Medical Affairs members as well as perform internal Medical Affairs audits


The successful incumbent will possess a degree and at least 5 years experience in safety reporting or clinical quality assurance. Experience in interacting with clinical and ethic committees as well as with competent authorities is essential as is the ability to manage multiple projects in interdisciplinary multicultural teams. Knowledge in GCP / ISO and experience in class II or III medical devices Bridge-builder would be highly advantageous.
