This Senior Research Executive position will enable you to work across wide range of pharma market research projects from start to finish whilst gaining valuable experience across a variety of techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

(Will include but are not limited to)

  • Designing, managing, leading (depending on experience) pharma projects for global pharmaceutical clients
  • Working with senior colleagues to produce deliverables that are insightful and actionable for clients
  • Recommend ideas on the approach and methodologies in order to fully meet the client's requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth one-to-one interviews and may on occasion moderate focus-groups.
  • Focus on qualitative pharma market research – with involvement on quantitative research projects
  • Attend final debrief meeting with client and participate in presentation as appropriate at the Project Leader’s discretion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ market research experience, preferably from a Pharmaceutical marketing research agency
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable in client facing situations
  • A knack for creativity and the ability to create visually engaging output
  • Report writing skills
  • An understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • A willingness to learn and a passion for the industry – you should be looking for a career with plenty of room for professional growth, not just a job.
  • Ability to teach others and explain methodologies and techniques to clients
