Job Summary:

Ideal for a Principal Medical Writer who have an interest in reviewing, mentoring and coaching junior writers.

Role Responsibilities

·         Take responsibility for the development, implementation, management, delivery and quality of educational materials

·         Prepare high-level, scientific expertise across accounts and demonstrate excellent attention to detail

·         Demonstrate high-level, credible relationships with clients and act at senior level in meetings

·         Review work of writers and provide feedback to ensure scientific accuracy and quality. Provide high-level mentoring and coaching to facilitate their career development

·         Provide on-site support as appropriate, eg data gathering, on-site writing, KTL support

·         Proactively manage workload and assist with forecasting resource requirements to adequately service clients

·         Identify new business opportunities through maintaining client and KOL relationships and monitoring the med ed environment

·         Contribute to the development and delivery of new business proposals

·         Be an active member of the management team and contribute towards achieving business plan objectives

·         Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in multiple therapy areas

·         Provide inspiration, share best practice and actively encourage team members to be more
