Quality Engineer required for a leading pharmaceutical Company. You will work as part of the established QA Team to ensure quality and technical standards are in place and in use ensuring product and service consistently meets customer’ requirements. 12 Month Contract Initially with the View to Extend up to 18 months.

12+ Months – Day Shifts

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

- Support the Quality System to ensure on-going compliance and continuous improvement.
- Supporting existing products Organizing and facilitating continuous improvement activities to improve process efficiency, product compliance and control
- Providing quality assurance support throughout the design control and risk management process
- Ensure that any compliance gaps identified will be remediated as appropriate.
- Producing and maintaining appropriate and comprehensive quality and control plans as required during the development and implementation of new products/technologies/processes
- Conduct Audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Quality System.
- Participate in design and process evaluations including development of material and product specifications, test methods and risk analysis
- Providing technical assistance to carry out problem analysis

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Life Sciences, Quality, or the equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 5 years Quality Team experience in pharmaceuticals or Medical device
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements (EU & FDA) – Aseptic or sterile manufacturing experience is desired
- Have a proven track record in delivering compliance & continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skill and a strong work ethic
