TITLE: IT Technical Architect / Automation Manufacturing Information Systems Architect / IS Specialist / IS Business Systems Analyst / Automation Engineer

LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland

LENGTH: 12 Months initially

ROLE:

This world-leading biotechnology operations requests a new member on their Operations IS Automation Team. Participate in complex and stimulating automation activity, deliver new & updated integration functionalities for Manufacturing Information Systerms and be responsible of Information Systems on a global scale.

KEY DUTIES:
>Take control of the Master Batch Records (MBRs) development, configuration and testing.
> Lead integration development design reviews while lasing with Automation, Operations, Process Development, Validation and Quality functions.
> Be the go-to regarding training up designer and end users on Electronic Batch Record and MES integration activities.
>Be responsible for any applicable equipment integration design, configuration and testing to allow MBR interaction with shop floor equipment and lap equipment for in-process testing.
> Take control regarding development, review and update MES Standard Operating Procedures.
> Be the Recipe manager and update the system acordingly



QUALITY AND SKILLS:
> MES Experience (workflow, S95, S88 standards and integration from the control layer to MES in pharma
> Strong knowledge of OLE for Process Control
> Working history with SCADA, PCS & Recipe managers (Siemens, Rockwell, Kepware)
> Creation / Loading of Recipes
> Strong PL/SQL programming experience


This is a senior role in a stellar biotech plant. We need someone who is confident in their abilities, has exceptional communication & liaising skills and a strong attention to detail.

Offered initially on a 12 month basis, the liklihood of extending beyond this is very high.
