Our client is established in the supply of marketing and business services to a broad mix of clients in the healthcare market. With established business-to-business services for the healthcare industry including healthcare
professional databases, mailing & fulfilment services, material storage & distribution, data analysis and data
management, their product range continues to grow in diversity and scope.

To build for the future they need dynamic and professional people to expand and develop the client base with
existing and new services.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager who will work with a high degree of autonomy as the outward
face of the company. Ideally candidates will have sales and / or marketing experience from within the
pharmaceutical industry.

You will be a team player who is articulate, accurate and organised and be looking for a job that offers freedom,
flexibility and development whilst giving you general business knowledge plus additional skills.

Well developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills combined with well-trained sales experience is needed for this role. Business development is focused on hunting for new work from the healthcare and other sectors whilst maintaining a number of existing clients.

Candidates must have the ability to create successful client relationships and formulate proposals tailored to their needs.

The position is “home” based with a weekly “team-day” at Maidstone where the office and production facilities are
located. With clients mostly in the Thames Valley and SE England, a West or South West London base would be
ideal.

Salary will depend on experience and incorporate commission on sales.
