Advanced Regulatory in the UK and our Swiss organisation Advanced Search & Selection in Zug are expanding. We are building up our contract sales team and are now seeking individuals who want to join a company, which was established over 8 years ago, and be involved in the next phase of our expansion. You will be given the opportunity to build a contract desk and expand this into team management, based on merit and performance.

You will be an experienced, Life Sciences recruiter, with a strong client following preferably both in the UK and continental Europe. You might be considering a move due to your commission being cropped or your territory cut, or because your current management team have lost your favour, in any of these cases we will be interested in hearing from you.

Our reputation for international recruitment, hiring campaigns, long term team hiring (what we call team engineering) is much appreciated by our clients in the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium and we will use 2012 and 2013 to consolidate our positions in these countries as well as expand further in Europe and then in to Asia Pacific.

We can offer a bright start and a great finish, we have one of the largest databases in the sector and a significant prestige client list (with a focus on permanent placements currently) backed up by a formidable advertising presence so even though this will be a fairly Greenfield situation for you to build, develop and profit from you will have plenty of tools and support.

You will have excellent sales manners and techniques, and be self motivated and driven to succeed. You will be able to work solo and in tandem with other account teams (who will provide both contacts and leads to you to start with).

You will be experienced in both on-boarding international contracts as well as the search and selection, assessment and closing processes. To be clear, Advanced is seeking an experienced person in this field and are willing to remunerate on this basis.

We will provide for the right candidate, based on assessment and your existing situation, support for relocation, guarantee and / or high basic salary.

Advanced is not owned by a high street recruiter and in this way we are able to manage our own destiny and direction without interference.

Our offices are in the UK, located in Battersea SW London by the river, and also in Zug, Switzerland. The roles can be based in either location and support for Swiss Working / Residents Permit will be provided.
