Senior Clinical Study Management position with specialist Biotech

Requirements:

A mid-sized Swiss Biotech presently has a vacancy for a Clinical Study Manager looking to develop their Line Management expertise. A leader in their field, this Biotech is going through some very exciting growth and making a real name for themselves in the industry. As Senior Clinical Study Manager you will be in control of a team of Clinical Study Managers and be well set to accelerate you career within clinical research.
 

As Senior Clinical Study Manager you will;
- Coordinate the entire clinical program ensuring that all operational activities at all regional, large multi-national, and multicentre sites are completed on time and in budget.
- Provide training and guidance to the Clinical Study Managers
- Assist team members on the more complex trials to ensure the completion of the clinical program
- Motivate the project teams
- Set up monitoring and Study plans
- Lead vendor selection and management
- Develop project specific monitoring plans and training
- Ensures CRAs are well trained on the study specific guidelines
 

The ideal candidate for this position needs to have worked within and understand large Pharma, it is essential that as a Senior Clinical Study Manager you have led large international studies managing at least 50 study sites. It is also essential that you have line managed study managers both directly and indirectly through a matrix system.
