Requirements:

QA Manager *** Switzerland. Do you have extensive GCP or Pharmacovigilance experience, and want to move in to a new role / area? Global role based Northern Europe ***

My client is seeking a competent and experienced individual with GCP and/or Pharmacovigilance experience, to work in their Global QA organisation on implementing and supporting franchise development teams providing quality guidance as well as implementing corrective and preventative actions. (CAPA)
 

You will work on the main site and guide development teams in quality and compliance. Support franchise development teams and provide guidance throughout the development and implementation of CAPA’s. You will cooperate with QA systems, auditing and compliance excellence teams and should be able to collaborate with all levels of seniority including medics and marketing people.
 

This is a good role for an individual who is willing to do a certain amount of travel but to affiliates rather than GMP or GCP investigational sites. My client is willing to look at individuals from the broader range of clinical development, with a recent Quality assurance/ compliance experience. You will be a natural hand holder, able to know when to push an idea or build consensus; you will be used to working with a broad spectrum of individuals in an international organisation with several 000’s of employees.
