Our client is a rapidly growing independent pharmaceutical company and they are looking to recruit a Brand Manager to work on their leading brand.

Requirements:

Our client is a rapidly growing independent pharmaceutical company and they are looking to recruit a Brand Manager. The main responsibility of the role will be for the development, implementation and monitoring of Brand Plans for assigned brands to meet agreed company objectives. You will also be responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and monitoring marketing programmes for assigned brands.

The overall purpose of the role will be to:

* To manage the brand plan from strategic planning to tactical activities
* To exceed profitability plan for relevant brands
* To utilise customer and market insight to support the development of brand marketing programmes and materials
* Works collaboratively with office based colleagues and field based teams to build brand plans and drive business performance.
* Act as brand champion seeking opportunities to optimise the brand both internally and externally
* To effectively communicate brand strategy and values to all internal and external brand stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a:

Strategic thinker with ability to translate strategy into tactical plans

* Good knowledge of all marketing tools with particular experience of digital communications and Multi-Channel Marketing.
* Strong interpersonal skills – able to influence across departments and levels by persuasion
* Able to commission market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future brands
* Has prior experience within a commercial Pharma industry role e.g. sales
* Ensures all promotional material complies with the ABPI code of practice and have been approved in line with SOPs.
