Job Summary:

My client is a successful international Bio-pharmaceutical company specialising in Biosimilars. This client prioritises improving access-to-medicine and works in diverse therapeutic areas, including oncology. Who are the company looking for?

The company require a Clinical Project Manager to control all operational aspects of assigned clinical programs.This will include but not limited to:

  • Regularly planning tasks to meet clinical program: timelines, budgets and high quality standard
  • Tracking program budget as well as reviewing and approving invoices
  • Being the first point of contact for program related issues (both internally and externally)
  • Implementing, monitoring and supervising assigned Clinical program
  • Ensuring all tasks are in line with the GCP standards
  • Supervising and maintaining TMF
  • Strictly complying with the internal SOPs
  • Leading and coordinating the Clinical Project Team
  • Interacting with CROs and trial sites to ensure sponsor's oversight responsibilities
  • Developing sections of clinical trial protocols and related documents with internal stakeholders and CROs
  • Supporting the Head of Clinical Operations with activities when necessary
  • Sharing information about clinical trial updates for both internal and external team meetings using Microsoft Office tools (this will include regular updates, Investigator's meeting and CRA training)
  • Developing clinical section of regulatory documents
  • Travelling internationally as required


Who will you report to?

Head of Clinical Operations within the Clinical Development Department.


What do the company look for in a candidate?

You need to have expert knowledge in clinical operations and have a minimum of 7 years of industry experience. You will have previously conducted trials in: Europe, US and some Asia-Pacific regions through an outsourced model. You should also have a working knowledge of EMEA and FDA in addition to possessing an MSc.


What would make candidates stand out?

Previous experience working on Biosimilars.
